Nice views

Comfortable beds with beautiful view. Somewhat basic, no bathmats, one towel per person, kitchen table dirty No oven mitts, kitchen towels or way to clean pots and pans. Make sure you bring your own. Out of date tvs and love seat cushions coming apart A/c worked great its a good unit for larger groups. deck seats comfortable.

The proximity to the ocean was fantastic. Our room had a damp odor, the fans and blinds were extremely dirty. The terraces see like they could use an update.

Our unit was interesting and would be great for a large family. Floors and carpets were dirty - we left our shoes on so that our feet didn’t get dirty. Dishwasher but no dishwasher detergent. No kitchen towels or dishcloth even after we asked for them. Several lights were burned out in bathroom and dining room. Ceiling fans were corroded with dust. Beds were very comfortable and towels and linens were clean and in good condition. We won’t return due to cleanliness issues but the property is spacious and may be fine for vacationers who are interested in beach access. Parking space was extremely tight if you have a larger vehicle.

We were pleasantly surprised with our condo. It was very comfortable and kid friendly. It was very well kept and clean. The only issue we had was with parking but they were very courteous and helped us with parking at the hotel. The views were stunning.

Parking extremely tight. Tandum parking with other properties parking at different angles next to you making it hard to maneuver. Terrance 2 very large with 3 queen beds and trundle bed in delirium as well. Old property but met our needs well. Nice balcony with lots of seating overlooking ocean. We could stay again. If you are looking for fancy or new, this is not the place however it is nicely done, very spacious. Staf was very nice and accommodating. We would recommend if anyone looking for a roomy place with good accommodations and view of ocean with easy Walk to beach, but not new, yet nice. We enjoyed it.

Very good location. Clean and well equipped. Kitchenette was adequate but no ice maker. Smoke detector was missing. Pool is exaggerated a bit in the photos. It is small and shared by all of the properties. Beach access is awesome. Chairs and umbrellas are provided. Parking is easy and private. Staff was so nice and helpful!

Super close to the beach and very cute little place. The gentlemen doing the check in were very nice and friendly. I think the housecleaning staff may have overlooked a few things because our bed didn’t have a top sheet - it was in a bag on the sofa, which was odd. So I had to remake the bed myself with the top sheet. And they forgot hand towels so we just grabbed our own out of the utility closet. Overall a great stay.

Great view if 3rd floor.

The set up was a little different since you had to check in at the neighboring hotel. We were on the 3rd floor terrace which provided the only unobstructed view of the beach. My issue were with the rugs. They didn't seem as clean as they could be.

Great location, great large space. Great view. Close to the beach. Decent, clean pool. Beds were not super comfortable, some of the front desk staff were not super friendly, others were nice. Other staff around the premises were friendly. Parking for the terraces was awful. We damaged our vehicle trying to force into the space. More toilet paper and paper towels would have been nice and more clean towels.

The couches were terrible and had no cushion left in them - we had very limited kitchen items. We had to call front desk to get a garbage bag because they had only left one. No assistance with bags to door. When I went to check out there was a basket to return keys, the front desk employee was over looking out the window on the phone with a friend.

We stayed in one of the villas. We were only staying for one night. We were not given any instructions on where to check in, as the villa was locked and we had to rely on a nearby resident to direct us to the hotel about 2 buildings down. Upon entering, we discovered the bathroom commode was leaking and there was water all over the bathroom tiles. They had to come and repair that. Then my husband opened the cabinet under the kitchen sink and it was filled with wet bugs and food that must have leaked from the kitchen sink. There was also an odor coming out of the cabinet. We called the desk and were told that there wasnt anyone on staff who could take care of it till next day. We were checking out in am so we were stuck with it. When checking out we asked the manager for a reasonable adjustment on the room due to the condition and maintenance needed, and we were only offered 10 percent discount which we refused.
