「First the smell was horrible. I’m not sure what it was but it wasn’t pleasant in the hall ways or in the room I was tempted to leave as others did but I used my OneCash and didn’t want to come out of pocket for a quick one night trip. The a/c leaked pretty bad floor gets super wet. Then the a/c kept wanted to switch to heat so a bit annoying. The pet fee is pretty high and not the same as I had seen on Expedia. 「This is a challenging review to write because the staff were very friendly and the property is beautiful, however we waited over 2 hours past when our room should have been ready, had scalding hot water only on the first night and then only luke warm throughout our stay and woke up to no electricity on our last day. It is a very expensive resort ( called 5 star) so these things should not happen. Plus we've heard nothing from them after reporting this.」

「Room was extremely musty. Shower was clogged. Check in was a nightmare had to return to the desk 3 times to get a room key that worked. Hotel clerk indicated that I would get Hilton Honors points to my account which wasn't the case.」

「The hallways are wide open motel style which makes the hallways extremely hot and lets bugs in. The room was small but adequate. Our air conditioner in our room did not drain properly and our entire rug was soaked. They did come try to dry it with a machine. Also found a rusty razor blade under the bed. It was extremely close to the beach. Just a 9 minute walk to the beach and coligny plaza. It is in a great location.」
