I've stayed at the property a few times now, each time in different rooms, and I've always been happy with my experience and consider it good value for the price. Yes, the property is in need of an external facelift and some of the common parts e.g. stairway carpets are due replacing but it's evident works are going on and the rooms I've stayed have been modernised, clean and the showers are fab.
