"Vey clean room; very good air conditioning, helpful staff. Only suggestion is to stop at reception and get a room key card as the Internet may be slow and thus the virtual key may not be accessible quickly. Love the convenience of this location!"

"It was value for money £35 per night but it is very tired and needs a lot of tiding up. I had to ask for toilet rolls when I got to my room also the mug was still dirty so had to ask for a clean one. Saying that I slept well and the staff were helpful when asked."

"I arrived at the hotel around 10pm ahead of an early flight the next morning, and the experience was disappointing from the start. No restaurants were serving food at that time, leaving room service as the only option. When I got to the room, the bed hadn’t been made properly for arrival, and the mattress was so worn I could feel the springs through it. This stay was nowhere near the standard I’ve experienced at other Hilton locations, especially surprising for an airport hotel where comfort and convenience matter most. In all honesty, I’ve had far more comfortable rooms at budget hotels."
