Mould around bathroom window, a plug less sink broken desk, and a waiting room style chair with disturbing stains on the upholstery. However, the room is functional, ok for a stopover before flying onto somewhere nicer. Generous with tea, coffee and biscuits.

When I arrived on Thursday there was no receptionist, no one there to help me check in. I think some random cleaner had the code to open the room I was staying at for the night. I asked if there was a restaurant or a place to eat for dinner and breakfast the next morning. All the person had to say was there was a Sainsbury store where the gas station was across the street, if I wanted to buy food. Very disappointed, stay away from this hotel like the plague!

Cute spot, good location. Close to a bus stop, grocery store and airport(Gatwick). For check-in, you’re required to call using whatsup (which we didn’t have) so thankfully someone was around so we could use their phone to contact front desk staff.

This hotel is a bit basic and the decor is dated. There is no air con, which given recent temps was a big issue, although they do have a floor fan which I used. The door handle code system was useful for after hour arrivals. There are no facilities to speak off...no restaurant, no bar, no pool. It's essentially just to room to sleep in.

We stayed at the London Gatwick inn because we had an early flight. Free parking for guests was convenient and very helpful and friendly receptionist. The room was very hot so we had to ask for a fan. The bed was comfortable but the room is quite dated and there is no wardrobe or bedside table to put your belongings. There was a TV with Netflix and a coffee tray which was good. The shared bathroom was clean but really dated. Overall ok.
