「This was such a fun hotel to stay. The staff one was extremely friendly and pretty much said yes to everything. Not to mention the hotel is so cute and beautifully designed. The only issue is the pool situation. You have to make a reservation ahead of time for the pool. Which is very difficult to get into and very expensive as well. Other than that, I would definitely recommend staying here. You do have to Uber everywhere but it's only a five dollar Uber wherever you need to go.」

「The desk staff was very efficient. The shuttle drivers, were outstanding(Shane & James). The bartender, Penny was great. The wine selection was 1 bottle 1 flavor of Walmart/Sam’s Club Merlot. The beer selection was weak. The liquor choices could really use more variety and choices.」

「Our stay at the Gallatin exceeded our expectations. We arrived early and were able to check in early. The complimentary coffee, water, and sparkling water in the lobby were a nice treat. The bed was very comfortable and the whole place was exceptionally clean. We weren't sure what to expect in the surrounding area but it was quite walkable with plenty of excellent bar and restaurant options. We will definitely be back!」

「This hotel is located just west of downtown Lebanon and right off I40. The hotel is clean and well maintained both outside and inside. Very friendly staff! The only negative thing I can say about this hotel (and quite a few other brands as well) is that after Covid it seems like they couldn’t care less about offering a decent healthy breakfast.」

「Check in was quick and easy. Arusha at front desk was very pleasant and cheerful. Room was very nice. Recently remodeled so the property was updated and clean. Close to the airport so easy coming and going. The only thing that I would suggest is to have a cappuccino machine like what we had at a different Best Western that we stayed at. Breakfast was good and the area was clean and neat. 」
