We love this hotel! Holiday Inn Express in White House, TN is the ONLY place we will stay at when we travel back and forth from Texas to Ohio. It is always clean, quiet and great breakfast in the mornings.

It was the perfect hotel for one night while on a road trip. As a solo traveler, it felt safe. Smaller parking lot and there is not a fenced dog friendly area but overall a good hotel. Room was clean and spacious.

Was not as advertised. I booked king room with a pull out sofa for the kids. Desk clerk could not undertand waht i was asking for and became verry rude when I asked him if I could use the stay twards my IHG rewards. Apon checking into my room I found that the room only had a chase and was very cramped. After I when back down to the desk I was told the room was advertised wrong on experian and that they didnt offer it. Not sure if it the problem was the app or the hotel but I was counting on the room being what it said it was. Not sure I will be using a 3rd party app to reserve rooms going forward as the advertised amenities are not accurate and your stays wont count towards your rewards.
