「My stay at Silver Heart was truly magical. The property is stunning and full of character, and everything was sparkling clean. I could not have felt any more welcomed and will absolutely stay there again if and when I'm in Kansas City area next time. 」

「Small room but clean. Patio doors did not open but drapes really kept the sun light out of the room. The TV’s in the room was a smart tv so able to watch Netflix. Pool was closed for half of our stay due to immediate maintenance.Breakfast was ok but the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Walking distance to Kauffman Stadium 」

「My only complaint was with Expedia. Paid for a king room, but when we checked in the desk said they only had queen rooms. Was told we would receive a refund as the room was slightly less, but never did.」

「Right off the highway, not too far from the Royals or chiefs. Room was clean and quiet. Staff was nice. 」

「Room smelled stale upon entry. Running fan continuously seemed to help. A/C was extremely loud when it kicked in.」

「The room was not cleaned, it had feces still in the toilet and it wouldn't flush, the door looked like it had been kicked. We were switched to another room where the heat didn't work and we were forced to keep the room warm with the oven in the room which was extremely unsafe not to mention my daughter had a tick embedded in her skin and some type of bug on the wall. This stay was down right horrifying 」

「Stuff we’re super friendly and very helpful. Honest review, the facility needed updated badly. My issue is that the hotel one is not cheap and two paying money and having a terrible experience is not good for business. The first room we in had absolutely no hot water. Took almost an hour for us to give the “hot water heater” time to upgrade those. The toilet also leaked when flushed. The we got moved another room where the window seal was damaged and still no hot water. It was too late to go do...
