「Positiv war der tägliche Service mit frischem Wasser im Zimmer sowie die Klimaanlage, die besonders wichtig war, da sich das Zimmer kaum sinnvoll lüften ließ. Deutliche Schwächen gab es bei der Sauberkeit: Handtücher wurden nicht regelmäßig gewechselt und der Teppich war sichtbar verschmutzt. Das Zimmer selbst war sehr beengt und bot wenig Komfort. Insgesamt für kurze Aufenthalte noch akzeptabel, für mehrere Nächte aber nur bedingt empfehlenswert.」

「This guest house was a lovely find in a very pretty part of London. Welcome from Lekha was friendly. Breakfast was cooked to order by Newton. Gluten intolerance was catered for. We had a fan in the bedroom as the weather was hot. Ensuite had a lovely powerful shower. The bed was comfortable. Lots of lovely cafés and restaurants nearby. Also just a walk from Hampstead Theatre. Really kind thought of chocolates and a card for our anniversary. Would love to stay again.」

「Location was very good opposite Chalk Farm tube station. A little noisy but to be expected as it is a pub and hotel and our rooms were above the pub, overall very good」

「We stayed in room 406. We loved it. Having drinks on the balcony in the evening was delightful. The hotel is across from the tube which made it very convenient. Most of the staff was delightful and helpful.」

「Family room size is OK but bathroom is very small, weak shower and quite confined.」

「The room is very cramped which I expected. Everything was clean but the main issue is noise. I could hear people stomping around above me until 1am. The apartment overlooks a busy street with beeping from a pedestrian crossing and sirens wailing from emergency vehicles all through the night. The bed was deemed is quite fragile and creaks every time you move or turn over in the night. Some of the noise issues could be resolved by putting in another layer of glazing. 」

「The location is just fantastic. Thameslink, overground and underground are just within 2-4 mins walk. 4 supermarkets and many restaurants nearby. Though the building is old, it is clean and tidy. The bathroom is newly renovated. WiFi is strong. When comparing to the price, it is competitive. We will surely recommend it to our friends.」

「The property was very clean, and the instructions for entry were clear. I found the bed a bit small, it’s a shame there aren’t options with larger beds. 」

「The room was clean and had everything that was needed for a few days. The TV, kitchen and bathroom were great. The bed was very soft and not very comfy. Check in was a bit of a worry as they do ask you for a deposit of £50 and don't give the access codes until that was done. I arrived after 6pm and there was no-one there so it created a bit of a panic until I managed to get a reply and they gave me the codes. Overall the room was pleasant and within easy walking distance of Golders Green Tube...
