ホテルは地上６階、地下２階建て。地下の部屋は窓ナシらしいので予約時に要注意。客室はスッキリ無駄なく清潔。部屋の明るさは３段階あり、マックスにすれば日本の一般家庭の照明より明るいかも。部屋の隅々までハッキリ見える。各種スイッチはベッドヘッドのタッチパネルで一元管理。 設備あり：エアコン、テレビ、ドライヤー、タオルセット、椅子、テーブル代わりのベッドヘッド？、ベッド下に収納用の引出しと棚、壁に鏡とその裏にハンガーが5個、壁にフックが2個、コンセント2個✕3ヶ所、USBポート2ヶ所 設備なし：冷蔵庫、ポット、金庫、電話 シャワー：ハンディと天井固定の二つ。カーテンではなくガラスのスライドドアで隙間から若干水漏れあり。水圧は中程度で困るほどでは無い。石鹸類は１種類のみ。全身洗い用らしい。他に洗面台にハンドソープあり。 清掃：リクエスト制。必要に応じてフロントへ申告。清掃の都度、無料のペットボトルの水が部屋に置かれる。それ以外は一階のバー兼レストランで申告すれば同様に無料で水が貰える。 朝食(ブッフェ形式)：卵・ベーコンなど温かい料理が数種類、パン数種類、シリアル数種類、ヨーグルト、フルーツ、ジュース、コーヒー紅茶など。野菜は無し。どんどん補充してくれるので足りないことは無いし、味も普通に美味しい。2025年12月の朝食のみの現地価格は£8。 キングス・クロス駅横という良い立地だが、大きな駅なので、実際は地下鉄に乗るまで時間がかかるし、混雑してるしなかなか大変ではあった。だが、ホテルすぐ横にバス停があるので、行先(オックスフォードサーカスやナイツブリッジなど)によっては便利。また、駅と逆方向の運河を渡るとショッピングセンターがあり、スーパーマーケットもあるので簡単な買い物に便利。通りは薄暗いけれど危険な感じは無い。 系列含め初めて泊まったホテルだが、シンプルでも必要最低限は揃っていて問題なし。セキュリティは意外としっかりしていて、１階のエレベーターホールに入るのにカードキーが必要で、指定階に降りてからも自室エリアの廊下に入るのにカードキーが必要。部屋は明るくて綺麗だったが、窓が開かないのが残念。また、上階の排水音がかなり聞こえて気になった。でも全般的に考えると⋯次もアリかも。

All in all thought this hotel was pretty great for a solo traveler. Had middling expectations for this place given the size of the room and price point, and it far exceeded them! The design of the room was quite smart, spacious for how small the room is, really liked the wall controls of the lights, shower was hot, and breakfast was really good. Front desk people were helpful at checkin. Location also good as close to Kings Cross and reasonably close to Euston. For one person this was pretty perfect, the room would be tight for two.

All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay including letting me take food up from the breakfast buffet when my spouse was not feeling well. Always solicitous and checking if we needed anything and we're enjoying it stay. We will definitely stay there again when in London.

We had a wonderful stay at The Hub. The staff are the best part—so friendly and professional from start to finish. We especially appreciated Bella, Jemina, and entire front end and dining staff for their warm welcome and efficiency. Coupled with a great location and a lovely daily breakfast, this hotel is a perfect choice.

Cons: Tiny rooms. Bare bones. No shampoo and conditioner - have to use body wash. One pillow per person. Rooms air conditioned but warm. Pros: Unlimited tea and coffee available in the lobby. Nice area in the lobby to hangout.

We've enjoyed our stays at other Premiere Hub locations (Bank & Soho) but this one I would highly discourage from staying at. On arrival we were being served by someone to check in and another member of staff asked him to get out the way and abruptly took over our check in. This process took an unusually long time compared to our other experiences. Once in the room we checked everything out, the room seemed a bit warm but we changed the Aircon temp and didn't notice much change but figured it would take some time. We left our stuff, got ready and headed out. We headed out to our wedding celebration with our friends and family. On return a member of staff asked to take our photo 'nit for social media's, which felt a bit awkward. Then we got in the room and it was incredibly hot, we asked for the Aircon to be looked at, or to change rooms. We were then told the Aircon was actually working, despite the room being about 28-29 degrees, but also told we could have an engineer come to look at it before we left in the morning (or after we had left). I felt like we were being gaslit. We declined the offer as we were going to aim to leave the furnace as soon as we could. We were offered a fan. Obviously not how we expected to spend our night after our wedding celebrations. We did not sleep a wink, and rotated using damp towels as a way to stay cool, so romantic! Definitely don't stay here if you can't sleep in the heat.
