Staff is always nice and efficient. Rooms are clean and there is no carpet floor in the rooms (which for me it is a plus). Bathroom very clean too and nice shower. The AC works.

Air conditioning was a major plus. I would not have survived without it as we were in London during a heat wave!! The area was nice and a great location. We were able to get everywhere around London pretty quickly. If I come back to London I would definitely stay here again

The hotel and staff were great- rooms had air conditioning which was important to me for my August trip. The only downside was they have no elevators which I didn’t pay attention to when booking but makes a big difference with heavy luggage.

Great location and a cute building with comfortable rooms. Just a couple of bummers, such as the fact that there was no hair dryer as stated when booked. Also one of the staff members wasn’t the friendliest. Overall enjoyed the stay though :)

Hot water, good AC, plenty of room, overall fine! Shower area was a little dingy, but this is kinda the norm for this price hotel in London. No mold or anything, just old and worn. Bathroom was overall fine though. Great place to sleep and stay out in the world during the day!
