"Hot tub was broken. The indoor pool was extremely nasty. You could see the film across the top of the water. There is no Internet if there is no password was ever offered or given. You pay a resort fee for no amenities. Website is very misleading. Shows you rooms with all these beach views when you go to book it ask if you want beachfront or ocean view ocean view is across the street with a view of the building behind you and the building in front of you no ocean view at all. The hotel is extremely outdated the one that we had was a kitchenette all night long all you could hear. Was the unit kicking on and off the cups and plates they had had stains all over them. Not sure I would ever touch them to drink out of. They had an outdoor bar that didn’t really serve anything inside. You could get free coffee. There was no food to buy you had to drive to go get something to eat or drink. I am still confused as to why they offer a 3 o’clock check-in when you do your online check-in for them to send an email out stating that your check-in is at 4 o’clock. They stated that they had early check-in when they did not. I called three hours prior to arriving to be told that 1 o’clock check-in shouldn’t be a problem. Just call 5 to 10 minutes before you get there. Every time we called they either hung up or said the room wasn’t available, but yet they were checking in other people. "

"Great location close to the beach, the breakfast was great. Service a little slow at breakfast, could use another omelet attendant and another waffle maker. The pool area was great. Both the pool and hot tub were colder than expected. Our room wasn’t serviced daily, not sure if we were supposed to ask for it but didn’t see that advertised."

"We arrived to checked into our room around 2:00pm and our check in time was 4:00pm, we didn’t get into our room until 5:50pm. The staff were not at all useful or reassuring with the matter neither. When we did our pre check in at 2pm and I gave them my number to call me when the room was ready and they never called. The room itself lacked sockets and room lighting. The bathroom mirror is old and rusty. Coming from a girl, it is not the best get ready space. Overall, the service was terrible and I would rank the hotel room as one of the worst rooms i’ve ever stayed in. P.S. if you’re under 25 it is an additional $50 to the price you’re expecting to pay upon check in.."
