"Shower door wouldn’t stay shut and would open by itself.. track not level. 2 restaurants but no menus in rooms.. they should have that. Had an issue with valet where our car was parked outside on the exit ramp for 2 days, they didn’t know where it was at. Blaimed on new staff, but manager took off charges. No one came by to clean our room or ask us if we needed anything for 2 days. Had to get items from front desk. Staff generally nice, great breakfast, and beautiful property… just need to get a few things more together.. weird experience "

"filthy filthy filthy, it can be out dated which it is, But at least it could’ve been clean, Lack of effort by anyone in that place to clean anything, the floor was black (dirt) the walls, counter top, I’m glad i travel with Lysol and bleach wipes, shoes were on the whole time, we checked in, went to the room, we didnt even unload the car when i went back to the desk and asked if there is a refund policy, she stated “ You booked through a third party you would have to address that with them, She then offered a different room, was slightly better than the first, but filthy filthy filthy, we stood on a towel to shower, curtains filthy and on the window backwards, furniture tore and filthy, requested extra flat sheets to cover the furniture to have something to sit on, the bed was the only thing clean, that place has so much potential, if they would take pride in their work and understand everyone dont get to take vacations at least when they do and spend that kind of money it SHOULD BE CLEAN."

"The photos that we saw online were very deceiving. It looked much nicer online than it actually is. It is very old, the bedrooms were not as nice as they appeared. Nothing was mentioned about the train tracks behind the hotel. Trains running through in the morning. It wasn't in the best area. Would not stay there again."

"This place was great when I was there unfortunately it was too chilly for the pool to be open for spring break time but it was awesome spacious rooms updated love the walk-in shower. Also the fridge had auto cooler so it cooled the drinks really fast. The beds were so comfortable and clean. Also on site laundry and free parking."
