"Very clean room. Location is incredible for access to central London - literally 5 mins walk to the tube station. The room was spacious but I was in the top floor which had very small windows so the room was quite dark. No issues if you’re not planning to spend a lot of time in your room. The bed was quite soft - just be aware if you like a firmer bed. Nice amenities in the room."

"Rooms was spacious enough for a single travelers who was out and about a lot. Clean, amenities more than adequate. Fellt safe and secure as a single lady traveler. Staff was helpful and friendly. Lobby bar and breakfast area was really nice to relax and have a drink even very late in the evening. Hotel is in an ideal location for sightseeing. Plenty of restaurants, pubs, coffee shops and grocery stores. Also easy access to 2 different Tube stations. Would definitely stay here again! Great value. "

"Great location. Everything is pretty much electronic (check-in/check-out) so you really never speak to staff. The tea/coffee in the room leaves much to be desired. Otherwise is was a clean and nice hotel in a good location."

"Spotless, Overachieving Staff, and Beautifully Maintained Property"

"Charming hotel in a historic building. The late Victorian building was once the headquarters of the British secret service and so has echoes of Sidney Reilly, Bruce Lockhart and Ian Fleming . It was also housed the U.S. Embassy and the Soviet Embassy (on different floors) during WWIi. Winston Churchill had an office in the Liberal Club, which shares the building with the hotel. Aside from atmosphere, the hotel has a friendly staff who are eager to do things for the guests. Whitehall Gardens lies in back of the hotel, giving it a pretty setting. Good views of the Embankment and the Thames from that side of the hotel. It is an older building and has some quirks. For example, the floor takes awhile to get used to. However, it is evident that considerable money has been spent to modernize both the rooms and the public areas. The location is great. It lies in the heart of Central London. The Houses of Parliament are a few steps in one direction and Trafalgar Square is a few steps in the other direction. Great for tourists and for those with business in political London. The hotel has several dining venues including an outdoor terrace overlooking Whitehall Gardens. Very nice buffet breakfast."

"Sea Containers is my absolute favorite place to stay in London. It is in a really quiet location on the River Thames and the views are spectacular. It’s a lovely stroll down to the Tate Modern and Borough Market. I will not stay anywhere else. "

"It was great, but not variety"

"Location of this hotel is very good and overall appearance of lobby and rooms is pleasing. Rooms were equipped with only one towel per guest, one pillow per guest and no additional blankets. Given the price of our stay there, we felt that the amenities provided wereless than adequate. On the second last day of our stay we woke up to find there was no water available. We were unable to shower or flush toilet. Water was not restored until later that evening. Staff provided no assistance or information to guests about what the problem was or when they expected it to be fixed. They just said that we were welcome to go elsewhere if we were annoyed about it. No offer of any form of compensation for inconvenience either. For all of these reasons I would never recommend this particular hotel."

"A decent enough hotel. Location was good, I stayed on the 9th floor and was a little distracted by the noise from the rooftop bar on level 10, but that eventually stopped just after 11pm."
