Service was some of the best I’ve ever experienced. Only ever ate breakfast there which was wonderful. Room was very well done. Staff was incredibly helpful. Probably the only hotel I’ve ever stayed in that I didn’t have at least one criticism.

The hotel is quiet. The dining options are fine. Room service is reliable. The American Bar is a great place to end the evening.

Drinks expensive, limited choices for vegetarian diet on main menu's. Rooms and hotel immaculately clean and fresh. Staff superb, nothing too much trouble. Very warm welcome on arrival and upgrade room provided for our special occasion. Great experience, and we loved it overall.

Most likely the best hotel in London. The house holds so much tradition and the owners have done an amazing job upgrading everything without losing the feel and flair. Was expecting James Bond to come around the corner. The staff is incredible

Arthur and the staff at the SAVOY went the extra mile to accommodate a paraplegic guest - even removing the legs from the bed to make it four inches lower. Highly recommended for travelers with disabilities. If that is not enough, breakfast every morning was fabulous!
