「Extremely rude security staff made us decide to book elsewhere. The guard immediately accused my partner of being a vandal and then proceeded to tell us the area was unsafe, which only added to our concerns. The interaction was unprofessional and left us feeling unwelcome from the start. To make matters worse, the property charged my card before the date listed on Expedia. Based on our experience, I would recommend looking at other options before booking here.」

「We paid an outrageous price for two nights for the Cosmo suite and had awful dirty rooms, first room was 101 and had stains on the carpet and hair everywhere. Hair in the shower and on the floors and in bathroom sink. When we asked for another room, they sent us to room 369 which was in the same condition but had luxury vinyl on the floor. The World Cup was in town so the costs for a two night stay was $914. Extremely disappointed and wish we had just told them that we wanted our money back. The...
