「There was a tornado warning and a terrible storm. We were asked to stay on the ground level near the shelters under the stairs. The Bistro was open and serving food. The staff pitched in to help and got us fed. They were very comforting to those who weren't used to tornado warnings. We were impressed at how well they handled those who were scared. The room was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed our breakfast. It was nice to have the option to take it to go.」

「The room was spacious and clean, except the floor. It was kind of sticky. Also, the sofa bed was not comfortable, it actually hurt! I suggest upgrading those mattresses ASAP. It was not a surface someone could sleep on. Breakfast was great, but non-dairy options would be good for the coffee bar, maybe oat milk.」

「It was very noisy during my stay—it sounded like there was construction going on. The receptionist at check-in was quite inattentive and nearly charged me again by mistake.」
