"This place is pretty cool. It doesn't look like much from outside, but the room was clean and modern. The in room onsen was great. Great views of Mt. Fuji. Service and staff are top notch. There is a beautiful Japanese garden on both sides of the river that go on and on. Overall, would definitely come back!"

"J’ai beaucoup apprécié la magnifique vue sur le mont Fuji depuis notre chambre! Le déjeuner était simple, mais bon. La navette pour se rendre à la station était également très pratique. Par contre, je ne savais pas qu’il était possible de bénéficier de cette navette à l’arrivée à l’hôtel. La marche entre la station d’autobus et l’hôtel était assez difficile, surtout avec nos bagages. Il aurait été apprécié que cette information soit mieux indiquée lors de la réservation."

"you use QR code instead of key card to enter the room. our floor has ice and water machine in front of our room. the kitchen has everything you need. too bad the weather was not nice and we couldn't see Mount Fuji."

"Great hot springs. Excellent breakfast. Very helpful staff. They had complimentary e-bikes to check out for 2 hours. They held our luggage one night as we submitted Mt Fuji. Had our bags placed in our rooms the next day. Very nice location and service."
