"The Château is one of the best reasonably priced motels on Panama City Beach. It’s definitely not the Ritz Carlton, but it gets the job done. I like staying here with my son because I can watch him at the pool and at the beach from my balcony. You are literally steps away from the beach. It is also conveniently located to restaurants and entertainment places. If you don’t mind staying in a clean, no frills, older motel, then this is the spot for you. The staff was also very friendly and super helpful."

"The property is fantastic. I have stayed here twice. Its all in the condo you get as to the styling,comfort, and cleaning. 1st trip perfect. Room was fantastic in building 4.
This year stsyed in tower 2. Room not as nice and there was some cleaning issues. Nothing bad. We found a bar of crumpled up soap in rhe guest shower. The bed needs replaced. Otherwise good stay."
