"The hotel was very nice, clean and didnt have a funk to it i basically just expect at beach hotels at this point, we didnt need to deal with the staff much but the ones we did we nice. The onsite restraunt was good, tasty food and wasnt insane prices, the included breakfast was good nothing ground breaking but well stocked and quick. Overall everything was very good. My only note would be at prime checkin time you should have 3 people there checking people in, I waited almost an hour to checkin and the 3ed computer had no one on it the whole time. My only actual complaint is the elevators, the wait time is insane and then half the time when one comes to your floor its already full, and the middle elevator was on and off broken the entire week, a few guest i talked to that were regulars said the same elevator has been down the last couple years they came. Im not sure if it was being used as a staff elevator or actually broken but this lead to us almost exclusively using the stairs, which for us on floor 5 wasnt a huge deal, but floor 14 wouldn't really have that option."

"The room was clean, smelled fresh and the AC is amazing. Great for kids and high energy adults. The music is LOUD though, and almost never stops. They host nightly entertainment like movies at the pool & fire shows. Super cool. All the meals/adult drinks are decent prices, except for the breakfast. $45 each for the buffet (There is a clean waffle house right across the street) The absolute one thing I will say that was completely unnecessary, were the leaf blowers at 640am on a Saturday morning. For kids & family time its great. It's definitely more carnival vibe vs adult spa vibes."

"I was positively surprised how big this resort actually is. It doesn't show half of it on the vacation sites. It's older property but for the price you pay here, you get absolutely everything. Location, dog friendly, 2x swim pools, 🏊♀️ tiki bar 🍸, 2 restaurants, both have pool access..Staff is absolutely amazing, friendly and very helpful."

"Loved the condo, stunning views and easy fast access to the pool and beach. Our only complaints are that the property provides zero beach gear including towels. They also only provide a single roll of paper towels and only 2 trash bags. So you’re forced to shop at the property vending machines which conveniently has all these items. And you have to walk across to Sunsations to buy all your beach and pool supplies. Otherwise we had a great stay, the beach is incredible."
