「The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. We were able to get an early check in to get ready for our anniversary dinner. The room was clean. Plenty of towels (usually not the case at other hotel brands). Breakfast was adequate. Plenty of handicap parking up front. An overall positive experience.」

「This place is not where you want to bring your family. We requested a top floor, got second floor. Right from the lobby elevator was not working.(Good thing we didn't get that top floor!) Got into room and TV was not working, went to call and the phone was broken as well. Back down the stairs to let them know. They moved us a few doors down. This was in the first 20 minutes of our vacation. The place is old and run down with rust and broken tiles everywhere!! That's fine but not for this price!...

「Love the flamingo. Stay here every year but this specific trip was a bust. Pool guy was on a power trip and kept closing the pools down because he had to do his job. The courtyard room had a very very dirty couch in it that honestly needs burned. Other than that, great stay as always. Love the front desk, love the location, love the view. Def would still recommend just hope they hire a new pool guy and replace those dirty couches.」

「The room wasn't clean, mold in the shower and sink, food left in the fridge and used soap open on the sink. The floors were dirty when we got there and not cleaned once during our stay over several days. we asked for more towels bc we stayed several days and they never brought them and took our old ones after the first day. The exit signs at the bottom of the stairwell was broken. They didn't have any signs saying when thing opened or closed. They didn't leave an ice bucket so we used cups. They...

「Very nice property. Great building and great location. Only downside was the ice machine had black mold in it and the mini fridge that was provided was frozen over with ice.」

「The rooms are very out dated. The water in the shower was like warm never hot. The pool closed at sundown. The sign said 10pm. We were told due to no lights in the pool. The pool is a big part of our evening so this was inconvenient. The walk to the beach was amazing. Not a long haul to get set up. Ground level made it convenient and easy. The parking was a nightmare due to sharing parking with sharks restaurant.」

「Es nuestra primera vez visitando Panamá city beach y nos hospedamos en este hotel La habitación estaba bien limpia, iluminada .Tenía cocina y contaba con todo lo necesario por si querías cocinar:platos ,cucharas ,un set de sartenes .Además de estufa ,microondas , refri y aire acondicionado todo en muy buenas condiciones y super limpio. Sábanas y toallas super blancas y con buen olor .El desayuno tipo bufete con variedad y bien elavorado.Los trabajadores todos muy atentos y amables brindando...
