If you are looking for a clean room that is beachfront on a budget…this is a good option! Nothing fancy, just 2 comfortable beds & a bathroom with easy beach access. Small parking lot but a lot of parking across the street that is very well lit. Good coffee in the lobby 24/7.

Parking is hard if you want to be close to the room, you have to park across the street if spaces aren't available. Beach view is nice. Pool is decent but closes at sunset. Tried to check in at 4:00 check in time but my room was not ready. Overall a decent place to stay for a day or so if you just want to be at the beach.

The room was pretty worn down. Beds were clean but everything else looked pretty rough. Balcony view of the ocean was amazing. Hotel outside was rough, lights flickering in the hallways, only one small elevator and it was actually getting worked on while we were there. A few people told me they actually got stuck in the elevator, being on the 6th floor and taking kids up and down stairs was exhausting. Overall the view was worth the price.

It isn't the Hilton but it worked for me. The beach is right there and who spends time in the room. The water for a shower was good, toilets worked, beds were good and not noisy. Enjoyed my stay.

Room was clean but minor maintenance items is why it was rated ok. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The area should likely be patrolled more for non-guests roaming the property. Also the constant smell of vaping, smoking and “smoking” every time stepping in any open area. Overall it served its purpose and should be looked at as an old school beach motel. I would likely stay there again just because the staff were friendly and right on the beach with a clean pool.

We enjoyed our view of the Gulf from our 3rd floor balcony and easy access to the beach. Across the street is a cute 50’s All American Diner for and affordable Breakfast buffet as this hotel has no food included. There is a mini fridge and microwave if you need. We had neighbors above our balcony that smoked pot almost the whole time so I guess that’s something you might have to experience. If you forget any beach or need drinks and snack items there are a few stores across the street as well. As for the room again, we slept good, enjoyed our stay and appreciated the 2 bedroom suite that was ready when we arrived with a friendly check in and we were able to get a late check out with no problem.
