I generally have a very high tolerance for hotels that aren’t perfect, but the Seahaven Beach Hotel was overall in poor condition. The bathroom floor was dirty, the towels quickly turned brown, and there was hair throughout the room. The couch was heavily stained, making it unpleasant to sit on. There were five of us sharing a “suite.” During the night, the toilet backed up. When I went to the front desk for a plunger, the attendant told me, “Maintenance doesn’t come in until 8 a.m.” I asked if there was another restroom we could use, and his response was, “There’s one in the pool area, but it’s locked until 8.” When I pressed further, he told me that five women could walk across the street to another one of their hotels to use the restroom—at 7:15 in the morning. This was far from a helpful solution in a very inconvenient situation. I ended up going to the Radisson, where the staff gladly lent me a plunger so I could fix the toilet myself. Later, when I needed extra towels, I returned to the front desk. Ahead of me, a handicapped elderly couple asked the same attendant if there were any food delivery services available. His reply, in a dismissive tone, was, “I’m not from around here and I don’t know.” After receiving my towels, I caught up with the couple outside and gave them a few ideas on where they might be able to order food. Between the lack of maintenance, poor cleanliness, and unhelpful customer service, I would not stay at this facility again.

Seahaven Hotel is a fantastic place to stay. The view is perfect. From our balcony room we had a perfect, unobstructed view of the beach. I would definitely pick a balcony room again. The location is walkable to several restaurants, shops, and convenience stores. It is right beside Sharky’s, which is an extremely popular restaurant. Our rooms were clean and suitable. We stayed for 4 nights. While the rooms are slightly dated the price, location, and view cannot be beat. We paid about 300$ for Sept 1 - 5. Thank you Seahaven for keeping vacationing at Panama City Beach affordable for families.

If you’re looking for a very cheap stay with each access and within walking distance to everything this is your spot— however, if you are looking for a NICE stay this isn’t it. Only half of the lights in the room worked, it was semi noisy with traffic, doors slamming, cars passing with loud music, parking was a bit hectic and the rooms weren’t the cleanest. It was a place to stay but it’s definitely a “you get what you pay for” kinda stay.

We loved our stay! The room could have been cleaner the walls looked like they hadnt been cleaned in a really long time. The sheet on thr couchbed was stained and some of the rags. We loved the pool and the view was amazing! Wish the beach wasnt so filled with algae we ended up going elsewhere to swim. But after being out on thr beach it was so noce to be able to

This was the second time staying here within 2 weeks.. my experience was wonderful ..its not a 4-5 star motel but it is wonderful..just a few steps to the uncrouded beach and sharkys .. it was clean and we had a perfect view from room 318. Staff was friendly.. seriously..only looking for a cheap clean room ..we spent most of our time on the beach! I rather have more money to spend elsewhere than a room .. and this was perfect!!!
