The view was amazing and overall it was a great stay. The only issue we had was the floor being slippery even when we had the temp set at 70 and fan on high. Dehumidifier is much needed or floor fans!

A very pleasant stay. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. All of the rooms have views of the ocean and pool. The beach was steps from our room. We will be staying here again.

Loved the beach/pool area. The room was clean and decent size, overall the stay was great. Just 2 things that I could complain about, since we got a pool/beach level pool, the sprinklers were going on and off all morning so we couldn’t really enjoy sitting in the patio area because it was getting all wet, I understand watering the grass and all but going on and off all morning kinda sucked. And at check in I felt the hostess rude, their was a couple before me and she was really nice to them and even gave them an upgrade and all and once it was my turn her attention completely changed, but I paid no attention. Paid my dues and moved on.

Room 432's TV failed ADA law is hard time to option clicking on Closed Caption. Needs updated. I do not use tv all this week because I was so frustration. No interesting in call you come to fix this tv waste my time. Room 432's LG remote removed. Only for cable remote cant adjust to option close caption. Cable remote needs updated to have cc included there to make easier for everyone. Allover Casa Loma Inn is great location. Room bathroom is too small and needs updated model. Thank you!!!

Loved this location right on the beach and parking right outside my door. Room was excellent and staff were very helpful. Accessing the beach was easy and the pool area had plenty of seating.

I’ve been going to Panama City my entire life, and I’ve stay everywhere from the cheapest places in town to the most expensive condos in the city, along with $2000/day beach houses. I first stayed at the Casa Loma 46 years ago. It is by far our favorite place on the beach. You can park right in front of the door to your room, the pool is up close to the rooms, the hotel is as close to the water as it gets, and the updates they’ve made to the property are great. A+

The hotel was not bad. The customer service was great. The room wasn’t that bad. It was just the bathroom that was outdated. It needs a little work, but overall, it wasn’t a bad place to stay just not up to my standards I guess.

It was perfect for a weekend getaway, the bathroom is the only thing that gave me a bad impression but overall the room was nice. I would probably stay here again.

Arrived earlier than expected and rooms were ready within 2 hours of arrival. The staff was absolutely kind and very helpful. Rooms were cleaned very well, smelled good and fresh towels. The view is spectacular and it was very calm. No craziness going on and felt safe. We did see a security person on site. I just wished they allowed golf carts on site while staying there. Overall it was a great experience. We will definitely be back.

The beach view was amazing! We stayed on the 4th floor, with no elevator which was fine and expected. The pool was clean. The staff was friendly. There is an area to clean all of the sand off of you after you were done with the beach. The kitchenette had a full sized oven which was great and all pots and pans were provided.
