"The hotel/resort is so new (it was built only five years ago) and clean (everything smells great and they're constantly cleaning/rooms are serviced every day/bath and shower products are restocked every day. Our room (the king suite) was absolutely gorgeous with a huge kitchen, living room, king bedroom, bathroom, and not one but two balconies. Staff were always so kind and pleasant. Jacuzzi and pool were both perfect, as was the beach. We didn't wander far from the resort (Daytona itself is pretty unremarkable), but there is a boardwalk and a pier and a Hyde Park Steakhouse for a fancy night out. There is also a Starbucks connected to the Hilton hotel two doors down. The hotel restaurant looked beautiful and was reasonably priced, but you could order the same menu for room service so we did that (good pizza and burgers!) No complaints (other than not really loving Daytona itself); the hotel/resort was perfection. Would not change a thing and will definitely be back again! "

"Most everything was nice except the floor, it was filthy! After a few minutes barefoot, had to wash our feet and wear socks for the rest of our stay. Socks were constantly sticky on the bottom. Also, many inconsiderate people slamming doors was an issue."

"Parking was $8 per day not free at this Hotel, i guess that's the racket in Daytona, Hotel room was clean but needed some TLC i.e. the front door was broken had to slam it to close it, the sink wouldn't drain properly, lighting in the room was off not plugged in and wires were sticking out from the wall, the fridge was broken not working at all, the pool was not Heated, The Tiki Bar was gone umm The TIKI Inn is the name of the Hotel...,other than that Great one night stay."

"This property felt more like a motel. The public access to the drive-on beach is directly in front of the property. The Windows in the room do not open so no fresh air in the room. We Could not access the pool area from the very small, 4 seat Tiki bar. The hot tub was very dirty. Staff were all pleasant. Our first room must’ve been freshly cleaned because there was an overwhelming smell of bleach. I asked to be moved to a different room which they quickly accommodated. 🙂 The room was a bit musty smelling however, very clean. Over all this place was good for the price. It was very affordable. It’s very conveniently located close to the pier & boardwalk. "

"Well from the reviews i seen online thought i would be at a good place to stay plus it’s literally close to everything but…. Once i arrived everything was fine until the next day when i asked for extra towels , they said “you already have some in the room” which we already used and put in a pile for the house keeping to get ! Any hotel I’ve stayed at they cleaned and change bedding everyday, the guy told me every 2 days depending on how long your stay is. Then we have left over food from going out to a restaurant and i noticed it’s no microwave inside (which is the room with the 2 queen beds) . So i go downstairs to see if it’s a microwave in the area where they serve breakfast , it’s no microwave . So i ask the front desk is it one and he says they don’t have none and he doesn’t know how I’ll warm my food up . We stayed Friday to a Monday so it was just a struggle the whole time with 2 adults and 2 kids having to do extra just for the hotel not able to accommodate everything we needed on a vacation."
