「Had a late night flight. This is a fantastic business class hotel a hop skip and a jump from the airport. Pretty area, BMW dealership across the street, great staff and very nice rooms.」

Staff were very helpful and friendly, breakfast at this location was excellent with various options. Area tends to be very quiet, in the hotel and outside the hotel. Would 100% recommend!」

I’ve never been disappointed with this chain anywhere in the world. Convenient eating places you can walk to. 24 hour Seattle coffee choices. There is a clean workout room. All around great stay!」

「Disgusting everything was dirty and gross the pool had poop in it and kids were swimming the next day. Homeless people slept in the pool room. There was a domestic violence situation late at night with cops called DO NOT STAY HERE AND FOR THE LOVE OF GOD SHUT IT DOWN 」

「Driveway in was flooded and blacktop in one area all chewed up. Hotel under remodel and will be beautiful. Staff all great and so friendly」

「 Website stated new remodel but the tub shower walls were cracked, tge faucet is very loose and there were other minor issues. It does not warrant the current high prices. There are nicer places to stay for less money. 」

「I wasn’t able to stay in the room because they demanded a $200 deposit on top of the nightly rate which I didn’t have. They told me it’s too late to cancel so I was turned away. 」

「Shower gel and shampoo dispensers were empty, ice machine didn’t work, fitness room was shut down, pool was over flowing. Then to keep my same room for second night I had To give up some of what I had paid for a bigger room. 」

「Check in was good ,then it went downhill from there. Took a long time to get hooked up to the wifi, tv remote was difficult to figure out. The pool was cold and the hot tub wasn't much warmer. The door for the room had to slammed shut and was difficult to open. Will not stay there again .」
