「Excellent! Super easy access and check-in/check-out process and quick communication. Buildings and rooms are impeccable and gorgeously decorated in historic fashion. Comfy king bed in the Rajah room, beautiful clawfoot tub or a separate shower, and the main house was amazing as well. Great continental breakfast options」

We also had difficulty with the electric lock on the front door every single time we tried to get in. We felt as if maybe the battery was dying in it. Called the number on the app and left a voicemail when we were locked out for a while last night and never heard back, like at all. Not even today. Would...

「Staff was great when they were there. Be aware, staff is only on site from 10:30am to 6pm. The parking lot has no lighting, and needs to be repaved. The steps leading up to check in were poorly lit.
