"Beautiful hotel and friendly staff.. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We also went to The Tavern located in the hotel for dessert at the end of the day, which was also very good. Great location. Would definitely stay here again"

"Clean room, breakfast was made to order and don’t miss out on the New England coffee Witch’s Mix blend! With available parking at the hotel we walked to the museums, restaurants and other attractions as Salem is very walkable. Great long weekend destination."

"Swing chairs on the patio were fun, but the place was understaffed. The check in hours were not clearly communicated, and we were own with minimal cell signal and no wifi to get the remote check in going. The bathroom ceiling was peeling so much our kids wouldn't take a bath. The fixtures all looked new and modern, but the shower head was not something I'd ever select- possibly the most uncomfortable I've ever felt in a warm shower. The room was spacious, but beds uncomfortable. Coffee in room was terrible, but the tea was great. Full of highs and lows. With a different check in experience, the overall rating would have been a 3, but I wouldn't recommend or go back. The highs weren't worth the lows."

"A newly restored older building overlooking the streets just high enough to dull the sounds of the streets. Great location for walking to everything you’d want to see in Salem. An app for keys, plenty of towels, and friendly staff. The junior king room was perfect for our weekend getaway with a massage parlor situated just beneath the hotel, it was perfect to help us relax. Great stay and very clean!"

"The house is decorated very nicely, and was very clean. The bed was comfortable too. Had to check out early for a meeting, but wished we could have stayed longer. Maybe next time:)"
