"Absolutely loved my stay here! Staff are so friendly and helpful. Receptionists were great and made my stay feel comfortable and safe. The hotel is safe too for solo travellers, you yous a card to get in the elevator so no intruders can just go in. Is about a 1 minute walk from the old town square too which was very good! My hotel room was huge! It was very clean and immaculate. I can’t wait to return again. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now when visiting krakow. "

"Lower budget hotel, self check in, that is in heart of Jewish district. Lots of graffiti on run down buildings. Still felt safe. 30 minute walk to downtown square. Many restaurants and bars around the hotel."
