「The room was clean. Staff spoke clear English and was extremely friendly. If I emailed the hotel before the trip they took an hour or less to reply. When I went to the reception on check in they upgraded our room for free which made us really happy. When I go back to Krakow I would definitely go back to this hotel.」

「I had to give the hotel five stars for staff and service even though there is no staff nor service. You check in by giving your name at the door. The door is the unlocked and a printer is activated to provide you with room number and code for the doors. Worked fine. The place is IMO just beautiful, everything about it: the lighting, layout, design. Wow!」

「4 dni z rodziną (2+2). Apartament wygodny, wszystko co potrzebne podczas wyjazdu było zagwarantowane (suszarka, zmywarka, żelazko, nawet pralka dla dłuższych pobytów). Lokalizacja w dzielnicy Kazimierz to tylko 20 minut spacerkiem od centrum a sam Kazimierz daje duże możliwości spędzenia czasu. Apartament czysty, kontakt z obsługą b.dobry. Polecam 」

「Super apparemment pour 4 personnes et 3 nuits. Idéalement située tout ce fait à pieds. Seul bémol les escaliers, il ne me semble pas préciser dans le descriptif mais si non je recommande vraiment ce logement ! Manque juste un micro-ondes et de l'eau un peu plus chaude ! Si non tout étais parfait belle prestation et très propre !! 」
