The room was beautiful and so big. We loved the view over the park. Every member of staff we dealt with was so friendly and helpful. We loved the outside area where you could sit and chill with a drink from the bar. The hotel is in a perfect location. Would 100% recommend.

The hotel is in a great location across from the old town. The staff were helpful and the hotel is clean. I was in one of the smaller rooms which was a tight fit moving around the bed. The issue I had was that the room was warm and even with turning up the fan, it would not cool down. The shower had good water pressure, however, the water was very hot if you weren’t careful.

The most important aspect of this property is that it is in walking distance from Krakow’s Old Town. In less than 5 minutes, you have access to historic buildings, shopping, restaurants and bars. It was also very close to Wawel Castle. The property itself is a boutique hotel with a small restaurant/bar with about 15 tables in the lobby. Due to the smaller size of the hotel, there were few amenities other than a small gym. What they lacked in amenities, they made up for in service and quality. The rooms were modern and well kept. The staff was friendly and helpful. There were no hidden charges. Most importantly the rooms were reasonably priced for their quality and location. I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family.

A really good hotel in a great location. Everything was very clean, the check-in process was quick and easy, and the rooms were cosy and comfortable. We stayed on the 5th floor and couldn’t hear any noise from other rooms or outside, which made for a very peaceful stay. Overall, a super hotel and we would definitely stay here again.
