Very, clean, command modern with nice amenities. Close to the main railway station and 10 minutes from Old Town. Very convenient. Our one issue was that the apartments are not well ‘signed’ and when we went into the front reception the lady on the desk was utterly unhelpful, if not dismissive!

Perfect stay! Close to Galeria Krakowska, easy to find, perfectly furnished, spotless clean! Coffee, milk, water, washing up liquid, shower gel, plenty of space and with the balcony! Highly recommended!

Good but a couple minir bumps in the road.

The apartment had modern and appealing surfaces throughout and was very well placed near Galeria Krakowska and the old town, no problem walking there. It is in a very calm and quiet area but still feels very central. A few downsides that would be nice to know before arrival. I did not receieve a email regarding procedures about arrival, me myself probably should have investigated better because Hotels sends out these email. The reception was 10-15 minutes to walk away from the apartments. The bathroom was bearing marks of good use whereas the door and the floor outside had moisture damage. Cleaning could be better, beds, chairs and couch was too hard for our liking. Nice price and very polite and service minded staff.

Pros; lots of room 10-15 minute walk to the main square, plus a clothing washer. Con’s: when we arrived there was nobody there to check us in at around 10 PM. By luck, we were able to figure out that there was another location about 200 yards away where we had to check in. Unfortunately we did not know this before so we were stuck, pulling our luggage through the cobblestone street late at night, and then having to pay for an Uber to go back to the original location where our place was located. Very inconvenient. Additionally, there is no AC which it was pretty hot. We couldn’t even hang out there in the middle of the day. Besides those couple of things, we enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic Apartment

We stayed here for 3 nights as a family of 4. The apartment is in a great location, just a 5/10 minute walk to the centre of the old town. The apartment is modern, clean, well-equipped and had everything we needed.

This property is clean and nice, walkable to city center and Galleria as well as Krakow Glowney. Very convenient. Check in process can be tricky as it’s either through WhatsApp or the office which is off site and down the street at 40 Lubicz. Once you get familiar with the property layout it’s easy to get around. Stayed again after returning from Warsaw. Definitely would recommend!

Nicely renovated property close to mall, major transportation, and historic areas of the city. Close to enough to everything but in a quiet neighborhood. Air conditioner and dryer would’ve made the experience better.

This is a great place in a great location close to the old town, bus and train stations. The units are within an apartment complex. My unit was very clean and comfortable place for my stay. It was also very quiet. Highly recommended.

+ location was very good, close to the train station and bus/tram. + close to a huge mall. + quick and nice communication from the staff. + great underground parking if you have your own car like we had. + great and big bathroom. - not the most comfortable beds. - the bed was too big for the bedroom so we had to move the bed to be able to close the door. We were 2 adults and 1 teenager and the apartment was just big enough for us.

I booked this location because it said there was a restaurant, bar and washing machine. There was no restaurant or bar. And although there was a washer there was no dryer to not helpful at all. I never received an email with instructions and had to walk an additional 5 mins each way in the dark and cold to retrieve the details for check in - vs someone being at the address location for check in. Just wasn’t impressed at all. Poor communication and details and description was not accurate.

Property itself was okay however dirty inside. The cleaning needs to be better as there was dust and crumbs under table and in bathroom. Broken mug left inside. The furniture was alright, nothin special but the beds were not very comfortable. Location was great to old city but whoever cleans does a terrible job. Pipe also started leaking in bathroom. Soap dispenser fell off from the tape. Very cheaply made apartment.

Good things first: Good central location. Quiet area. Nice big and safe Appartement. Well equipped and with balcony. The bad: The beds were extremely hard and we did not sleep well. Asked reception for help, but they could not give us another apartment nor a top mattress. Only an extra duvet that didn’t help. So it meant that we slept bad for four nights and now have sore backs…. Also the safety box did not work during our stay. The reception said that it worked and that there was a manual. We did not find it, despite searching all over and safety never got to work. If we could be sure that mattress would be better, we would love to come back. But otherwise we would choose another place to stay. We stayed in Appartement 29 Tudor.

Es war sehr schön eingerichtet, der Standort ist sehr gut, in der Nähe von Bahnhof, 5 min. vom Zentrum entfernt. Es gibt zwei Sachen die nicht gut waren, 1- die Sauberkeit konnte besser sein, 2- die Nachbarn vom oberen stock waren Mitternacht sehr laut, sodass wir nicht schlafen konnten. Sonst alles super.
