「Staff were great. Allowed early check in which was very helpful. The room was spotless. The lunch at the Gaia was tasty and the staff attentive. The only negative in our 2 night stay occurred at the bar. The bartender was so rude that we left.」

「We booked a last minute stay at this hotel. It's perfectly located from for a City break its about 10mins from the Train station and a few minutes from the old town. The room we got was located on the 2nd floor above reception so overlooked the road. However it was so quiet we didn't hear anything from our room. The room was massive with plenty space, however the layout was probably not the best, the TV was across the other side of the room from the bed so you couldn't really watch TV in bed....

The staff were really helpful ahead of and during our stay, arranging airport transfers, trips and ensuring our rooms were ready when we arrive early following a very early flight, which was much appreciated.
