My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary. The hotel is absolutely wonderful; friendly staff, perfect location near an old town and amazing facilities. Everything is spotless, our room was spacious and comfortable. We made use of the spa every day which was such a lovely way to relax after lots of walking and exploring Krakow. Stayed for one week. We had 5 rooms in total and everyone was happy here. Great location with a very short walk to Old Town. Quiet and a nice escape after a busy day. Great hotel

Lovely hotel, very clean, friendly daily maid service. Towels & bedding very clean. Clean towels/robes available for spa use. All staff were friendly and helpful. Had to pay deposit for use of minibar which we did just to have use of a fridge, so hopefully should get this money back. Great location, ideal for visiting all main attractions, loan of umbrella also available for rainy days.
