「Great hotel in a great location. Breakfast was nice and the bar was good too. Nice clean cosy room and friendly professional staff. The only issue was the street outside got quite noisy during the night, though I'm sure that's normal for this area of Krakow. Really excellent value for money.」

「It was a great stay there! The reception was very kind. It was difficult to complain any:)」

「Overall, it was a very nice hotel. My complaints would include the karaoke bar next door was very loud and open until very late (2 am). It would have been nice to know this beforehand. The water temperature in the shower took constant adjustments or the temperature went up and down significantly. Even with the above complaints, I enjoyed the stay there and would potentially stay there again.」

「Very nice! Good location and good staffs.」

「Perfectly located, especially with the tram line outside the hotel for those preferring not to walk so far. The two restaurants don’t let it down, and the Polish Michelin Guide Stradom 12 is worth a visit. Hedwigs bar shouldn’t be missed either - fantastic drinks and great service. 「Great hotel. Rooms were modern and clean. Staff very helpful and friendly. The hotel is really well located. Close to castle and old town. Only c. 25 minutes from airport. Breakfast is a bit pricey. There are a couple of cafes within a couple of minutes walk which are really nice and better value. Overall the hotel is wonderful and we’d definitely stay again.」

「Incredible view, great breakfast spread, would recomend highly.」

「The hotel was beautiful, well kept and in a good location to explore Krakow. The staff was exceptional!」

「乾淨客房 員工友善 早餐好🍽️ ———————-」

「The level of cleanliness was fantastic, the location is perfect, just a few minutes walk to the main square with coffee shops on the door step. Couldn’t fault the hotel at all. A very pleasant stay with very helpful staff. Would definitely recommend. We had room only as we enjoy a light breakfast in a busy coffee shop.」
