Our group stayed in two different rooms and both met our needs — especially clean and quiet for 5 nights. Would stay there again and highly recommend it. Staff was also helpful with home-cooking restaurant recommendations nearby and holding our luggage for 6 hours after our check out enabling us to have an easier visit to two museums. Loved having the green space immediately outside the entrance to get us out and walking into a park-like setting, convenient to trams, and central station for longer distance exploration.

The hotel is really nice and I would have given 5 stars for it, but after check out the hotel tried to charge my credit card with a penalty which my bank declined. An email from reception accused me of damaging a lamp and a pillow in the room. In that email they also send a payment link for the „damages“. I told them that I didn’t damage anything and all of a sudden they said it was a mistake and everything is fine. It seems to me that they try to make extra money with that. I feel robbed and ripped off. If people stay there I would recommend paying the deposit by Apple Pay, because that way they can not charge you extra.

The hotel was lovely and we had a very enjoyable stay. Our room was warm, spacious, well furnished and cleaned to a high standard every day. Breakfast offered an excellent range of choices, and all the staff were friendly and efficient throughout our visit. A special mention must go to Julia, who served us at breakfast. She was exceptional. She took the time to help us plan our days, offering practical advice on using the trains and explaining what was located in the areas we wanted to explore. Her knowledge and willingness to help really enhanced our trip. She is a real asset to the hotel. The evening bar facilities were greatly appreciated. It was convenient to have the cost of drinks charged to the room and settled at checkout. The drink prices were also reasonable. Although I have given 5 stars overall, one aspect gave me pause. The hotel does not provide any designated smoking or vaping areas within the complex, and vaping is not permitted on the balconies. I fully respect not smoking or vaping in the room, but it was disappointing that the only suggested area was outside the front of the hotel, directly opposite a school. It also made paying extra for a balcony feel less worthwhile, particularly given the view over a rather scruffy yard/garden area. A designated outdoor smoking/vaping area with a covered, heated shelter would be beneficial, especially during cold or rainy weather. That said, the service, comfort, and overall experience were excellent.

Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans cet hôtel et tout s’est très bien déroulé. L’équipe de la réception est très sympathique. L’hôtel est extrêmement bien situé, au cœur de la vieille ville et à proximité de toutes les principaux points d’interêt et de la gare principale et des arrêts de tram. Il est donc très facile de se déplacer dans toute la ville depuis l’hôtel. Notre chambre était propre et calme, et la literie très confortable. Je ne vois pas de points négatifs, je le recommande!
