Great location, excellent staff, clean and modern. The room was very comfortable. The breakfast provided by the hotel was delicious and had great variety. However, the food for dinner was not anything above average. I would definitely stay here again.

Super hotel. Heerlijke kamers met goede bedden. Super vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt en avondeten in het hotel was uitstekend. En vergeet de sportmogelijkheid niet, fijn dat die er is. Voor de 2e x hier geweest. Nog steeds super!

Very impressed with the hotel. Room/ en-suite were very clean and comfortable. Room 421 was at the back of the hotel overlooking their courtyard and was very quiet. Large selection of hot/ cold food at breakfast time. We are in the hotel a few times for dinner and again it was very nice and very reasonable, as were drink prices. Happy hour made them even cheaper! Hotel was a few minutes walk from a train station so perfect for going to salt mines/ Auschwitz. Perfect location to walk 10 mins one way to old town/ 10 mins walk the other way to Schindlers factory and on the edge of the Jewish quarter so only a few minutes to get there. Hotel was perfect in every which way for us!

Fabulous Hotel to stay in Krakow. Easy to find from the train station (the one after the main train station) with a 5 mins walk. Next door to Banksy Museum. Great staff . Lovely spacious superior room. Wonderful breakfast - set us up for the day, and a great omelette if you ask for one. Happy hour was a bonus and great place to chill after the miles of walking around Krakow The hotel is small, which we liked. Didn’t use the gym or eat in the restaurant at night. We would or will definitely be back as it was so central to visit the lovely city. We stayed 4 nights but wished we stayed Longer.

Great hotel, clean, with excellent staff and in a fantastic area, central to restaurants in the Jewish quarter and a 15-minute walk from the Old Town. I will definitely try to stay here again when I come back to Krakow.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of krakow, within easy walking access of all the sites although in a nice quiet area. Staff were very helpful and friendly, even booked our trip to Auschwitz and Birkenhau for us before we arrived after I emailed them. Happy hour between 4 - 6 everyday was a bonus too. Booked bed and breakfast but decided to eat in the hotel restaurant on the first evening, food was superb. Would definitely recommend this hotel

Had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. (Late Feb 2026) Everything about it was fantastic! Location, facilities, breakfasts and bar, cleanliness and above all else the staff who were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend and would easily return without hesitation.

The check in procedure was quick and efficient. The room was clean as was the entire hotel. The bed was comfy and the room was warm. Shower was nice and hot. Breakfast was of a good quality and the choice of hot / cold items was excellent. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was very handy.
