Nice apartment that as cozy and clean. Coffee pods were provided which was a nice gesture. The front staff was exceptionally professional. The only thing I would recommend is to obtain an additional blanket as we were two people and a rug post shower. Otherwise it was a pleasant experience.

Great hotel, very clean and well equipped room and staff were really helpful, located next to main square which has loads of bars and restaurants but didn’t hear any noise from the room, train station which has a large shopping centre is a 15 minute walk away but there are buses and trams that go there regularly, would definitely use again if we ever visit krakow again

We stayed in the Deluxe apartment, it was well appointed, spacious, spotlessly clean, felt brand new. Bed was comfy, shower was huge and powerful. Quality crockery and Nespresso machine and a few pods. The apartment is in a fantastic location, quiet but steps away from the main square in the Old Town. My only reservation is privacy with the bathroom, the door is opaque so you can’t see in but there is an inch gap all around the edge so you can hear everything going on in the bathroom from the rest of the apartment! Overall a wonderful stay, we were even allowed to enter the apartment straight away when we arrived an hour early on our first day. Would recommend.

In the heart of old town in Krakow, Apartamenty 6 Bracka is in an ideal location with large clean studio apartments and comfortable beds. Having laundry facilities was helpful as we were traveling for an extended period and the kitchenette was perfect for storing breakfast foods but I wouldn’t recommend making a full blown meal and why would you? You are steps away from great restaurants and shopping. I definitely recommend staying here and would stay again. The check-in was easy even though we arrived late and the staff friendly and helpful. It is within easy walking distance of the main square and Wawel Castle. The Jewish quarter is an easy tram ride away.

Really good hotel, clean and nice room. Really close to everything in the old town. The only downside is depending on your room you may hear a bit of noise, but that is normal as you are in the heart of the city, but nothing too crazy.

This hotel was spacious and very comfortable. It was in a great location. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. Our flight was delayed and we arrived after hours but they had a coded door that made it easy for us to access our room. I would choose this hotel again.

The location was great. In old town just a block of market square and it was quiet! Sparkling clean! And the reception desk was helpful The check in was the only thing that was not excellent. We had no instruction or codes. A person leaving let us in! We were then able to take the elevator to the second floor to get keys and codes Not a good check in experience! I would have given it overall a five star rating except for the check in
