The staff at reception was lovely, I was lucky to get a complimentary room upgrade too which was awesome! There was a balcony and some chocolates with balloons waiting for me for my bday, overall a lovely room with great local attractions, but the staff make it work while!

We had a great stay at Stradonia Apartments. Our studio was spacious, very clean and equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect (close to the Old Town and steps from Wawel Castle) and a great base for exploring Krakow and beyond. It was also great value - I would highly recommend!

Excellent apartment. Parking was around the corner in a secure lot with limited spots. Let them know upon booking that you require parking. We would definitely stay here again as walkable to historic sights and many excellent dining options close by.

A small corridor to the property opens to a very spacious and quiet apartment block. Our room was excellent including the balcony overlooking the church grounds.

The balcony was not really a balcony. It was a walkway on the inner 'courtyard' that was smaller than a courtyard. I did not like that other people could walk by our balcony door. By no means was it worth an upgrade. In addition, the location of this property was not as convenient as posted. It was still a 15 minute walk to the main square area. While the apartment was large, it felt very claustrophobic as the window in the Livingroom was not very visible in the apartment. The staff was extremely helpful during our visit. Overall, all things considered, we would not stay here again.

The property was extremely clean, quiet, and homey - very disability friendly. Only wish that there was a shower curtain or privacy block of sorts since there were 3 of us sharing the only bathroom. The staff was lovely and very helpful. The property was centrally located.

Wonderful welcome when arriving. Excellent room with great view of the castle. Bed really comfortable and good storage. Heating easy to operate and nice bath/shower. Great location, close to the square and Jewish Quarter. Some really great places close by for eating and drinking.

The location is really good just outside of the Old Town and a few mins walk from Wawel Castle The staff were really lovely and answered all my questions and suggested things to do in the area There was a little lounge room that anyone could use that had books and DVDs to borrow, there were DVD players in the room. I didn’t use it but there was a computer and printer available to use in the lounge too Would highly recommend staying here!

The apartment was clean and large for a studio. It had everything you needed and more. The staff were friendly and polite. It was in a great location to the old town and the Jewish quarter. There was bars restaurants and grocery stores all in a few minutes. Will definitely recommend and return when in krakow.

Are stay at Stradonia Apartments was excellent from our arrival to departure. The staff could do no more for you, whatever you needed they would be willing to help. Our apartment was spacious very clean had all you needed. The breakfast delivered to your room were perfect. would definitely recommend and would certainly return. Also perfect location.

The hotel could use an update in regards to usb ports, there were none, the bath tub was extremely difficult to get in and out of, could use a grab bar. Tv channels were poor, unable to stream anything on the tv. The staff were very helpful.

The staff is young, speaks good English and is very helpful. The apartment is modern, with a microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer, and air conditioning. Quiet location. Tram in front. It is very central, close to the old Jewish quarter, a few steps from the castle, and a few minutes walk from the more touristy city center. My apartment had a balcony, but it was small, and I would have appreciated a sofa. However, I wouldn't say I liked the breakfast, which came in a lunchbox, and the selection didn't suit what I liked. I will choose this place without hesitation if I have to return one day.
