a great hotel 15 mins walk from the square...lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Very clean,excellent breakfast.....helpful staff could update with a T.V with Apps.......and tea/coffee facility in room...never been in a hotel that didnt have this...itis 2026

Hotel Columbus was a perfect stay for us, the hotel was a short walk from the main city attractions in a quiet area. Our hotel room was clean, warm and tidy and the reception staff friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was fresh every morning and a good variety of different food was available. Some shops were nearby, and restaurants too, and it was about 10 mins walk to some main attractions Krakow has to offer. Definitely recommend this hotel. It is also easy to locate from the main Glowny train station.

The property is in a good location easy to walk to sights . I was pick pocketed outside the hotel by “helpful ladies”. Who were standing at the door as if to go in and the door is heavy so they pushed it open and my bag and they grabbed my change purse from my purse! So maybe better watching at the door for these kinds of actions to deter from standing and waiting at door way and not hotel guests. Other than that the breakfast was great and staff very nice

Room was cleaned daily. My daughter and I had adjacent rooms at the back of the hotel. We didn't experience the noise of traffic. The location of the hotel is adjacent to Kazimierz and a 20 minute walk from the main square. Easily accessible by train from the airport. The station is Krakow Grzegorzki. The restaurants in Szeroka Square nearby are expensive. Explore the side streets. Loads of places to eat and you will pay half of what you would pay. Breakfast at the hotel is amazing. A very good choice. If you aren't leaving Krakow until after midday, you can leave your bags at the hotel after check out.
