「Absolute stunning! Bang in the center, really good connections. Kazimierz is a wonderful place to be based in krakow, loads of bars, pubs, restaurants, all round perfect. The room was super clean, very well equiped. We didn’t miss anything. We had out 2 tear opd daughter with us and she loved the terrace. Can’t recommend this enough for families」

「Absolutely lovely stay! The room and the staff were fantastic. They went out of their way to make you feel as special as the beautiful suite. The only things I wasn't thrilled about was that you need to enter and exit through the Michelin star restaurant. Slightly uncomfortable if you want to go outside for a smoke in the evening, but the staff didn't make us feel uncomfortable about it. Also, maybe some rugs would help. The 3rd floor room every evening sounded like people were dragging...

「The hotel is beautiful and the views from the suite booked were amazing! The breakfast buffet was very good, with over 100 items as advertised. Our suite was amazing with a beautiful view of the river and the old city. However, the AC was not working and with the current heatwave this was a problem! I went down to the desk and they said they were going to send maintenance, but were unable to do anything to fix it. I asked about another suite but all others were occupied. My wife did not...

「Awful heat wave but no AC... Not enough space in bath or workspace. Refrigerator not exactly working. Still water was actually sparkling. Overpriced good breakfast.」

「Nice hotel with comfortable big rooms, excellent, helpful and courteous staff and great breakfast. Located at walkable distance from Wawel castle, Krakow’s main square, museums and other tourist attractions. The hotel has a great restaurant with traditional Polish food, We ate there twice and liked it a lot. We walked everywhere didn’t catch Bolt except for a couple of times. I would stay there again.」
