Not a safe place for a single woman traveling alone. No staff present when I arrived. Interior was not as pictured. Grateful to get a refund and do not feel this property should be featured on Expedia.

This was a nightmare. We got there, went to our room, put in the code, and there was literally some person idk if it was a homeless person but there was someone sleeping in the bed of our room. We literally ran out as fast as we could and were freaked out. Words can’t describe how mind blown we were. And im out my $$$ and haven’t gotten a refund.

The lake view was the only nice thing. Room had nothin. A bed and small table with chair. No phone to contact office, no fan, no TV, no refrigerator, no internet / WiFi, no in-room bathroom, no sink, no mirror, a detached head board, two flat pillows looked already used.

This is not a hotel , is more like Airbnb. No reception o some one yo talk too. we were wondering, and guessing knocking on every door to see if someone was available. The Lady that came double book our room. Give us a smallest one. No AC or heater just the bed and a table. The next room. It’s connected to a event and you can hear everything we end up leaving at Three A.M. people were too loud. You can hear everything. It’s not a place to have a rest to sleep. Not recommended at all.
