「The breakfast left much to be desired. Prepared foods are nice, but some of them when reconstituted were not all that good. In addition, the air conditioner in room 209 did not always work. It would shut off in the middle of the night, leaving the room, very stale」

「We had a late check in around 10pm, the staff is so friendly once we walked in the hotel. This Hampton has rated the best Hampton in the nation for the past 5 years and I totally agree with the rating. The room is clean and big, the morning breakfast area is very comfortable (the food are ok). Basically it's a great hotel. The only 2 downsides are: (1) sound proof not too good (2) the pool is really tiny But it is a great stay, except for the price is a little high (we paide US$220 per night)」

「The breakfast was excellent. So, many choices and a lot of seating. Our beach view from our room was perfect. The three sliding doors was a great touch. The elevators were slow and at times there was a long wait to get up to our room and back down to the lobby. Overall, we would come back & stay there again. Highly recommend this place.」

「We had 2 rooms. One of them the door didn’t lock. Only found out the next morning when I just pushed it open. It took them the day to figure x it. I had to put our stuff into the other room. The parking lot had giant crater pot holes. It was treacherous driving through it. It’s our last stay here.」

「We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. The room was clean and the bed was pretty comfortable. I did like that they gave you a choice of different types of pillows. The shower however was a joke. The shower head was so low my husband had to bend down to get under it I am 5'4 and I barley fit under it as well. There was NO shower pressure at all. The a/c unit was extremely loud which was a good thing because it drowned out the noise of people partying in the parking lot. Breakfast was decent...

「To start the pool was very nice, and the servers around the hotel are all personable, helpful, and really welcoming. The room we had was terrible, such a pungent Oder of urine in the hallway and worse in room 706. The shower had some red spots on the floor, the sheets were filthy - we switched rooms and then after we requested an ocean view we were given an ocean view room and switched again. I think they just need to get rid of the carpets. They are really unsanitary. So, overall it was ok....
