"The front desk staff is not very friendly at this hotel. We had a leak in our sink the first night of check-in and they did not even offer to change our room. I had to request the change and they did not even apologize for the inconvenience. The hotel needs a make over, everything felt old and dirtly."

The hotel said that there wasn’t enough room for another bed. There was no hand soap in the bathroom or hand towels. The location was awesome. The restaurant was gorgeous and all staff there were very friendly. I was hoping for more amenities "

"The hotel is in an excellent location, just a couple of minutes from Times Square, with plenty of great dining options nearby. The hotel itself is clean, and the beds and pillows are very comfortable, which made for a pleasant stay. The only downside to the room was that the restroom was quite small. The food at the hotel restaurant was very expensive and not the best, I feel there are much better options outside the hotel. Customer service, however, was good and met expectations. Overall, a solid stay thanks to the location and comfort, with a few areas for improvement. "
