「Nice and clean hotel and pretty close by the beach」

「Booked this hotel on Expedia when I got there. Came to know that the hotel is just booked not charged I specially specified 6 people but the room was very small and the hotel eas not cooperating to give extra bed or do something the tv in lounge was not working the hotel lobby staff was very helpful but it was not in there hand」

El Hotel está deteriorado es muy básico, el aire acondicionado no se puede graduar y son demasiadas frías las habitaciones, se siente todo el ruido de otras habitaciones al punto de interrumpir el sueño. El hotel está muy bien ubicado tienes cerca muchos sitios de interes el personal es muy muy amable en especial el chico de la recepción están muy atentos si necesitas cosas adicionales, la piscina está bien y te guardan las maletas. 「The hotel had several issues. First, it was very noisy, and getting from one side of the hotel to the other was difficult. The elevator stopped working on the last night, and the staff did not do much to accommodate guests. It is frustrating to pay a resort fee every day and still not be able to use basic amenities like the elevator. The bed was also extremely uncomfortable. However, there are no blinds / drapes covering the balcony doors or the translucent front door so light shines through the night from the hallway and from the street. 「This is my second stay at Nassau Suite Hotel, and it was as lovely as the first time. I throughly enjoyed my stay, staff were professional, welcoming and courteous. A special mention to Mercedes and Eduardo. The location of the property is fabulous, super near to the night life, but just enough distance to not disturb my peace when seeking quieter moments.
