「This hotel doesn't have a functioning elevator and they wanted us to walk up 3 flights of stairs without help with our luggage so he just put us on the 1st floor, Our TV didn't work, my husband noticed the USB in the back was broken, when asked for one to fix it, they gave us a key to another room to rip theirs out of the TV to use for ours so now that room doesn't have a functioning TV, and being on the 1st floor they do their laundry and all you hear is banging from the dryer vibrating our...
