"I don’t even know where to begin. We arrived late in the evening. We spent the entire day traveling and at Disney Work. The motel is very hard to find. The sign on the street is an old orange and blue sign with a Ramada banner over it. Once you travel back the long lane to the parking lot,you immediately notice a night club. This clubs parking lot was completely full and had very scantily dressed women walking all over the parking area. We decided that the motel looked old, but we were extremely tired and thought, we would just stay one night and find another hotel the next day. We did check in.we were told the water park was only open from 12-3:00 and 4:00-5:00 the next day. A Saturday. As we drive around the property looking for our room, it became clear that this area was not safe, shadey characters walking around, caution tape around some of the playground equipment. I was traveling with my Mother and my granddaughter. No way was I going to stay in this establishment. We left the property without going to the room. For one, I could not find the room and two, we did not feel safe. I tried contacting the motel to get a refund on the other 2 nights we had booked. No one would ever answer the phone and I could not leave a message. I contacted Wyndham directly. They said since I booked through Hotels.com, they could not help me. Hotels.com said there was nothing they could do either so am left with no refund for an unsafe motel I would never allow my family to stay at. "

"The room had roaches. It was dirty, hair in tub Gum and toothpaste stains on the sink. Dirty mattress. No housekeeping. Dirty laundry room and ice machines. Little to no towels in room. The countertops had stains Bunch of bums outside and weed smokers "

"The staff was great front desk maintenance cleaning everybody was very good hard workers it's just outdated the place needs an upgrade"

"This room was very clean. You could smell the bleach. I did not see any evidence of prior use in the room from previous tenants. It was very loud at around 11pm. Sounding like someone was picking up something heavy and dropping it on the floor, disturbing for so late at night. It is dated, but clean. The pool looked ok, but it was too cold to use. If breakfast was offered it was not advertised or mentioned. No amenities to make this hotel stand out with so may others surrounding it. "

"Worst motel ever, tv was broken, shower was disgusting, one towel only in room with stains and lipstick on it,I'm pretty sure they rent the rooms by the hour. a/c made noise all night, and gps brought us to back of hotel where I probably could have scored some fytenol.It looked like the big city projects. They also charge a $100 deposit which you have to wait in line for return. Oh , I almost forgot about the roach in bed with us ... Horrible, don't stay here ...."
