"First night, our room was given to another family after we checked in. Found the family outside of my room & my key inactive. Our first full day, we rented a cabana and the fan sagged so low you couldn’t use it. One of teenagers got a nonalcoholic drink from the bar and found a hair in it, when returned, they made her another drink and charged full price. The bartender said “hair is free, $4 please”. The same day, the fire alarm went off around 6 pm and could not be disabled until 10pm. My family of 6 stayed for 5 nights and we had to ask for new towels, we were told that we wouldn’t get them. Explained that we needed them since there was so many of us staying so many days. Got those exchanged. House keeping never came to our room, no cleaning supplies in the room. The park is outdated and the hours of the water park varied. Our key to the room stopped working multiple times. The only reason why we stayed was the park was decent enough for the kids to play. I was seriously disappointed as a mother."

"Es mi tercera vez en palazzo lakeside y volvería todas las veces. El hotel es cómodo, bien ubicado, los desayunos muy muy variados. Huevos de distintos estilos todos los días, jamón, salchicha, tortas de salchicha, vegetales, queso, yogurt, fruta, granola, waffles, muchos topping para los waffles y gran variedad de panes, jugos, café, té, muuuy, muuuy completo. Lo mejor que tiene este hotel aparte del lago y lo céntrico que es, son los desayunos!"

"It was a good price and location had restaurants and not in the middle of Orlando traffic. Only thing you will miss it. My GPS confused me so much, but I eventually found it. I also had a room that was apparently near one of the outside lights, so it was too much light coming through my blinds but wasn't too bad. It was worth what I paid. Oh yeah, I liked the nice size refrigerator, no stove, but microwave."

"This is a terrible property extremely out of date. The bathroom was in a bad state. The shower floor was broken and had it simply a rubber mat rolled out over it. The water pressure was terrible. There were little to no amenities. No iron&ironing board etc. The location isn’t good. It’s not a safe neighborhood. A lot of crime happening around my room. This should not even be offered on Expedia."
