"Paid a deposit for 100$ for a room that is already damaged then a resort fee for the water park that opens if they have staff and only one slide running if they have staff tub ran all night long ac didn’t work pure in the gulf hole food at the bar is nasty except the fries just get the fries breakfast is free but if you want eggs and bacon have to pay 10$ place is run down play ground parts were closed off ask for a refund on just the hotel resort fee and was told there is no manager onsite to discuss all the issues I’m not a picky person I don’t need a 4 star hotel just one that offers what you see online it was flamingo now it’s Ramada I try calling Ramada no answer I would still like my resort fee back "

"Bathroom and sink were horrible smell some mold build up. Visible pet feces stains in my room. Spent hours of my own time trying to clean them to realize the smell was the plumbing etc. no bathroom fan: good value nice pool, crowd was decent but a moldy stained room can’t be acceptable "

"It was really good for our short stay when we just wanted to do a cheap trip south. Easy check-in. Basic amenities."

"Don’t let the pictures fool you. They are much cleaner than the hotel actually is. While the room smelled clean, it is run down and in need of updates and fix ups. My bathroom had a palmetto bug in the toilet that someone obviously tried to flush. The toilet would not flush at all. I saw a roach run across the dresser, so I did not leave my bag open and did not leave anything out. The sliding shades left a gap at the end so you could still see into the room from outside. The parking lot had lots of homeless people hanging out on the side of the hotel at the entrance. When we returned from getting food, the police had one of the entrances closed off. A pro is that the hotel is close to food and the arena. They say you get what you pay for. I still think we paid too much."
