"This was horrible, but it’s my fault for looking for something cheap, when we got there the location alone was weird, and looking around there’s people sitting outside smoking and kids running around with just diapers. All red flags it was me and my daughter, we woke up itching like crazy and come to found out they had bedbugs my daughter body is full with red spots and also same thing with me, she can’t stop itching all over her body I’m have bumps everywhere, from the bedbugs they should be not be in business cause that is crazy DO NOT BOOK THERE PLEASE, this should be illegal."

"The staff were amazing, and the property was quiet while we were there. The only issues I had were 1, there are NO places to just walk and get food. And the reason that is an issue is reason number 2, the traffic!!! Oh my goodness it is a nightmare! The location of the hotel is not on a corner; so no help from a traffic light. If you are traveling east, you will need to pass the hotel, try to find a place to turn around and go back. Otherwise you will have to try to cross three lanes of nonstop traffic to get into their driveway area. "

"Between the pictures online and the first look at the townhome we stayed at, it LOOKS pleasant. I cannot say everything that was wrong with this place but I'll try to summarize. We arrived at 4pm for check in, waited 20 minutes to get our address and lockbox code (which took 4 tries to open). The kitchen had scratched up pans, 1 pot, 2 lids that didnt fit anything, 1 lid without a handle, broken kitchen utensils, a small half used bottle of dish soap, and dishes that were actually dirty which made me question what they were doing for that extra 20 minutes. There were scratches, scrapes, holes all throughout the townhome. The stairs, upstairs and bathtubs squeaked with every step. There was a taped area at the top of the stairs. Every room only had 1 lightbulb for the wall lights. There was 5 towels (1 for each person i guess), no broom, only a vaccuum. Ice cubes frozen to the bottom of freezer. The patio furniture was broken. The blinds in one was were broken and even taped up. There was an outlet downstairs that didn't work. Close to leaving the lights at the stairs started to flicker. We stripped down the beds at check out (linens go into laundry basket that was not provided), there were pee stains on the mattresses. Cherry on top was the EXTREMELY cheap toilet paper and paper towel used. Great Value brand was even better than what they bought and i could tell they shopped for it at the Wal-Mart down the road. The place was convinently located and was the BEST part."
