「Hotel Mondavi is located on top of a hill in one of the most luxurious and safe areas of Puerto Vallarta. There are many beautiful mansions around, and I saw police patrols often, which made the area feel very secure. The staff were friendly, and the property itself is quiet and peaceful. Wait is always over 1 hour and you can’t make a reservation. *pools are old and deep, deep. And only one entrance to pool. *snack bar personnel suck! They ignore people so they don’t have to serve you. *lobby staff are not organized. They gave our reserved rooms to someone else and kept saying they didn’t have anymore rooms. ...
