"The variety of activities on premise were great. Our family enjoyed the mix of cultural, entertaining, and fun activities, including the Mexican dancers, circus, foam party, Beach volleyball, fire show, and the traditional ritual. The food was okay. I was expecting more or longer line ups based on other reviews but they weren't bad half the time we got in right aways. The beach was nice, with decent snorkeling, lots of small fish. I even saw a ray. During our stay we saw whales and dolphins from the beach. The cleaning and maintenance staff were very quick to respond. Uber to PV cost about $140 pesos. It's nicely located to travel to PV, Botanical Garden, or Boca de Tomatlan. Don't expect this resort to be too relaxing, there's music playing throughout the day in the pool area. Although it is calmer and quieter before 9am. There is a quieter adult area in the top floor which we checked out but couldn't stay since we didn't pay for whatever extra that was or were for special members."

"The staff were great. I love this area - close to all the shops, restaurants and night life. The property/rooms could use some updates. The beds were not the comfiest but also not a deal breaker given the cleanliness, great service and views here. "

"Grand Miramar was the perfect place to celebrate our anniversary. The property is beautiful, quiet, and incredibly clean, such a romantic setting. The view is panoramic and can be viewed from every inch of their property! Our room was huge, and we especially loved spending mornings and evenings out on the deck watching the sunsets. The pools were refreshing and very well maintained, with super comfortable lounge chairs. The robs, the linens, the towels are perfectly white and great quality! Breakfast was delicious with lots of great options, and the drinks were excellent too. What really stood out was the staff, they were so friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. It truly made the experience feel top notch. If you’re looking for a peaceful, romantic getaway, this is absolutely the place. We took a cab into Zona Romántica once a day (about $8 USD each way plus tip), which was easy and convenient. The pink flowers around the property, even the ones drifting into the pools, made everything feel even more beautiful. It was honestly breathtaking. My husband and I would definitely recommend staying here!💕"

"Ok so at first I wasn’t a fan I’ve seen better.. but once there the staff, the access to the beach, and food made up for the resorts outdated look. We travel often to great resorts and lately it seems customer service has gone down the drain but at Hyatt PV the customer service stood out. The pool service (Fernando) was amazing, even when at the beach a waiter asked if we wanted anything. The restaurants aswell! The manager or captain at the morning buffet was super nice as well as the waiters very attentive (Osiris). If you love the beach this is definitely the place to book, our kids loved it! "

"Quiet simple boutique hotel with extremely friendly and helpful staff. Had a balcony overlooking the ocean and kept the glass door open to listen to the waves for my entire stay. Have been coming here for years. Looking forward to going back again. "
