「Probably the nicest hotel I've stayed at in this hemisphere.* We stayed in a penthouse suite in the Fairmont's Heritage Place area. The place was immaculate, quiet, spacious, with a great modern kitchen. An in suite bathroom for each of three rooms, and an extra powder room. There are beautiful pools *everywhere*, never crowded. We keep coming back because of the staff, the amenities, the food and most importantly the relaxing environment.The pool area is lovely and always clean and well maintained. If going into the ocean is a priority, you should know that the sargassum seems to be getting worse. There were a couple of days walking. on the beach was difficult.
