「We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights.They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride...

「I loved their professional yet welcoming appearance and demeanor. My driver Jesus Cruz was great and made sure I arrived at the El Dorado Resort in a safe and timely manner. Check in was a breeze, I loved the quality and amount of activities available to me at no extra cost and ease of scheduling. I could choose to slow down and relax or be busy and explore, best of both worlds! Food and drinks are top notch, and the variety of food available is unbelievable. I wish I could have tried something...
