"This is a very good budget hotel. Room and bathroom was spacious. Plenty of towels provided. Complimentary water bottle and cookies. Room also provides portal heater and fan which is very important to allow guests to adjust their own ideal room temp. Only issue is the area, Barking is too far from Central London. The lighting in rooms is very poor and dim. There are no ceilings lights which is bad for the vision. My portable desk lamp provides more light than the hotel room lights. Overall it is a very good budget hotel and room."

"The place is better for young ones if they have to climb up the floor. But the restaurant serves a great menu and a nice place for solo travellers or younger ones due to the steps. "
